Shari Williams is the president of the Leadership Program of the Rockies, and has held a leadership role in the organization and its predecessor since 1989.
Ms. Williams has more than thirty years of experience as a professional in public policy, strategic planning, and state and federal political campaigns. Her expertise and passion is educating and training emerging free market public policy leaders to advance individual rights and the proper role of government. Her history is one of inspiring others to be in charge of their government and play meaningful roles.
Ms. Williams is nationally renowned as a consultant for a variety of high-profile public policy projects. A skilled campaign architect, she has a stellar record of election wins at the federal, state and legislative levels. She promotes national and international public policy as executive director for two charitable foundations. As a public policy entrepreneur she strives to develop new methods for engagement and persuasion.

-President, Leadership Program of the Rockies. She also created a Republican Campaign Academy, which trained candidates for public
office. Most recently she developed the School of Persuasion, a graduate program for the LPR. Ms. Williams’ leadership graduates
serve in offices ranging from local and statewide posts to the U.S. Congress and cabinet of the President.
-Executive Director, Vernon K. Krieble Foundation, focusing on national issues ranging from fundamental tax reform to missile
defense. Current issues include immigration reform, tax policy and civic education.
-Executive Director, Krieble Foundation, primarily involved with international free market organizations and issues including
international tax competition and property rights in other countries.
-President, Americans Back in Charge, managed the first campaign in the United States to successfully drive a federal and states term
limits amendment and went on to help orchestrate a national campaign drive. She served as a consultant for various grassroots issue
campaigns in 23 states, including balanced budget amendment, tax reform and missile defense.
-Strategic Consultant, architecting the 121-vote victory margin for Congressman Bob Beauprez in the newly created 7th Congressional
District. That victory was subsequently increased to 30,000 votes.
-Board member for the National Taxpayers Union, a 350,000+ national pro-taxpayer membership organization; Advisory Board for the —–Heritage Foundation Colorado Committee, Advisory Board for Talent Market.
-Past-General Consultant, Bob Beauprez for Congress and Beauprez Gubernatorial campaigns; General Consultant, Bob Schaffer for
Congress; Consultant, Bill Owens Gubernatorial campaign; Consultant, United States Senator Wayne Allard. Other campaigns included
Bill Armstrong for U.S. Senate, Terry Considine for U.S. Senate, Mike Coffman for State Treasurer; Bob Greenlee for Congress, Greg
Walcher for Congress, and Wil Armstrong for Congress.
Jim Miller is the Vice Chair of the CLP Council of Advisors. He is the founder of JFM Litigation Consulting LLC. He serves as an expert witness testifying in major securities fraud cases, including WorldCom, Enron, Facebook and Alibaba. He has been involved in cases that have returned over $20 billion to defrauded investors.
Prior to founding his company, Jim worked in New York, as a commercial banker and an investment banker. He worked at Merrill Lynch as a generalist investment banker and as a senior equity capital markets investment banker. He was the Head of U.S. Equity Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank Securities and Co-Head of U.S. Equity Capital Markets at Lehman Brothers and later the Global Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. During his nearly two decades as an investment banker, Jim was the lead investment banker or lead capital markets banker on public offerings raising over $100 billion. He has negotiated transactions with the Finance Ministers of Canada and Argentina, and the President of Peru. Jim also negotiated the price of the Amazon IPO with Jeff Bezos.
Jim lives with his family in Lyme Connecticut, serves on Lyme’s Affordable Housing Commission and writes a blog on Substack – Comments From Connecticut.
Jim is a member of the CLP Class of 2020.
Haeley Mowery recently relocated back to Denver after living in San Diego, California for the last 17 years. While there, she was co-owner and licensed agent of a property and casualty insurance brokerage firm with locations throughout Southern California. She was also the owner of a marketing and event planning business which specialized in facilitating educational conferences for clients in the financial services industry.
While living in Colorado, Haeley worked with Coloradans Back In Charge, helping to put the first federal and state term limits initiative amendment on the ballot; then worked to help win the election with an historic 73% of the vote. In the next election cycle, she worked with Americans Back In Charge to help pass federal and state term limits in 14 different states.
Haeley is the National Expansion Coordinator and Program Coordinator for Leadership Program of the Rockies. She is also a graduate of LPR’s Class of 2020.
Faith Ham is the administrator for Charter Oak Leadership Program. Born and raised on an 1100-acre farm in central Connecticut, she and her family in Asia and the throughout the U.S. before returning to the state with her husband in 2013. She’s worn many hats over the years – advertising associate, reporter, freelance writer, middle school English teacher, wife and mom. These days her goal is to work with fellow Conservatives to restore liberty and principled leadership to her home state.
Faith graduated from Allegheny College and the University of Missouri School of Journalism. She currently serves on the board of education for Cheshire Public Schools and is involved with her church and a number of civic organizations. She is a graduate of CLP’s Class of 2020.
